DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The Campaign Operations Team is responsible to create and deliver maximum revenue across all means of viewing.
The team is required to deliver exceptional levels of service to sales and our customers, in addition to conceiving and executing innovative methods of creating value through systems, working practices and new trading opportunities.
This level of service is to be attributed to all channels and platforms across our portfolio.
 
JOB PURPOSE

The Campaign Operations Executive will be responsible to monitor the deal delivery levels for their allocated Agencies .They will need to ensure that sales revenue is maintained and sales policy is adhered to efficiently across all revenue streams .
The most essential requirement is to ensure that the C4 sales dept. generates the maximum amount of revenue across all our revenue streams.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing the assistant and ensuring all required training needs are met.
• Responsible for administering sales policy and delivery levels set by GCOM
• Understanding of the automated TV Slot booker (Camgen) process and an exceptional understanding of the Digital booking process.
• Be responsible for Camgen checks on their portfolio to ensure a successful Camgen across all channel sets.
• Manipulate inventory to the company’s advantage and a thorough understanding of optimization.
• Monitoring credits and debts, commodities and delivery by audience in line with Agency deals and current capacity. This is across both Digital and Linear formats.
• Responsible for the administration of Linear and Digital bookings/Pre-boking throughout the internal booking cycle
• Provide updates to the COM of the team on a day to day and monthly basis and maintain constant relationship with sales team.
• To monitor and check campaigns are in line with delivery levels across all platforms on a daily basis
• To help COM with break-changes where necessary
• Collate reports on value positions across the portfolio
• To fully communicate with all members of the wider team  B&R , Traffic , Late Sales , and ATS.
• To ensure inventory is booked at optimum efficiency
• Work with the Partnership team to cover all sponsorship activity across Display & VOD.

Technical & Professional Skills
• Monitoring efficiency levels.
• Ensuring all weekly tasks by the team are carried out and filling deadlines met.
• Liaising with Traffic Team on any deadline issues, regarding Linear and also making sure all Digital aspects are met on the portfolio you are responsible for.
• Be responsible for all training aspects of Campaign Operation Assistants.
• Manipulate airtime (optimization)
• Monitor debts and credits and highlights areas of concern
• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to multi-skill continually
• Job holder will work to strict deadlines to ensure that deadlines are met across all sales revenue streams
• Develop excellent relationships between Campaign Operations and ATS/Digital teams , including all depts. out of the matrix

Managing Resources
• Responsible of managing the training and development of Assistant
 
Relationship Management
• Meetings with ATS counterparts to inform them of all delivery levels in terms of value and other deal caveats across all revenue streams.
• Work closely with all relevant teams across the sales process from Agency Sales to Partnerships and Finance.
• Point of contact in COMs absence, across all disciplines

Complexity/Problem Solving
• Monitoring of airtime and campaigns at macro and micro and provide solutions early
• Exceptional detail orientation
• Airtime manipulation to eradicate issues during tight trading months

Business Impact/Strategic Perspective
• Constant monitoring of the airtime to ensure maximum revenue is able to be generated
 
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Applicants must have solid experience in Digital Ops, Airtime management for at least 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of using an adserver to cover both Display and VOD advertising. 
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent administration skills
• Highly numerate with good knowledge of TV/Digital advertising industry.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Business objects reports.
